T-Shirt Quilts

T-shirt quilts can be just about any size! Pricing is based on the number of t-shirts, and sizing depends on size of shirts and the designs on the shirt. I make an effort to use every part of the shirt with a design, so if there are designs on both sides or the sleeve, I look for a way to incorporate all of them. I often use blank parts of the t-shirts to create a colorful border, and include supplementary fabric for sashings and to even up the blocks if needed.  Pricing includes backing, batting, and thread. Note: a 50% deposit is required to begin your project.

• Up to 12 t-shirts: $225

• 13 to 18 t-shirts: $375

• More than 18 t-shirts: $450-$660

On the left is an example of a t-shirt quilt with random sashing and we added a pink border to make it more feminine for the teen girl it was made for . On the right is a one with even placement and sashed with "cornerstones" where the blocks meet.
